As the Marketing and Communications Manager at LC Real Estate Group, I played a key role in shaping the company's visual and brand presence. I led the design and production of a wide range of marketing materials, including social media graphics, brochures, and company plans. My creative work extended into content creation, where I captured property photography and drone videography, producing promotional videos for YouTube and other digital platforms.

I also authored blogs that highlighted our latest projects and community involvement, helping to humanize the brand and engage our audience. In addition, I served as the primary point of contact for former tenants, maintaining strong relationships through open communication and spotlighting their businesses post-sale.

One of my most impactful contributions was participating in the company’s rebranding initiative—developing a modernized logo that aligned with current design trends and improved overall market visibility. This refreshed identity helped strengthen the company’s marketing efforts and brand recognition across all channels.

#TenantTuesday was a weekly campaign I developed to align with LC Real Estate Group’s core mission of "mindfully creating community." Each feature involved visiting a tenant in one of the commercial properties we had sold, conducting an interview to learn how their brand got started, and sharing how LC Real Estate Group helped them find the right location for their business.

As part of each spotlight, I also photographed the business and its team, providing them with high-quality images for their own use—offering free advertising and increased visibility in the process. These stories were shared across our digital channels, not only promoting the tenant but also reinforcing our commitment to long-term relationships and community building. This initiative fostered genuine connections, celebrated local entrepreneurship, and demonstrated the lasting impact of our work beyond the sale.
